Hi, my name is Jazzy Cruz, founder and CEO of Chef Mossea and welcome to my wildcrafted sea moss story. From 2013 I suffered pain from three bulging disks in my neck due to a car accident. The pain was only getting worse, therefore my doctor recommended I take medications. I knew early on that was not the route I wanted to take, therefore my journey in holistic medicines began.

After tons of research on different natural foods and supplements that reduced inflammation, I discovered sea moss. This powerful plant is a superfood that contains 92 vitamins and minerals. After I consumed my first jar of sea moss, I instantly felt pain relief. I was in shock at how quickly it reduced the inflammation in my body. Because of this, I knew more people needed to hear about sea moss.
