Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the item in its original packaging and provide a receipt of purchase. This can be a receipt that stems from an email, text, or billing statement from a credit card.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will offer a one-time exchange for another flavor. After that, no more exchanges unless you are willing to purchase another flavor.
